Varun Dhawan compared Katrina Kaif to a horse, here’s why

Varun Dhawan recently appeared on Arbaaz Khan’s online chat show Pinch and didn’t mind making fun of his friend Katrina Kaif. On being asked to name a celebrity who is more interesting on social media than their real life, Varun named Katrina and said, ''She is new on social media and appears to be very fun, having a great time with great pictures, sense of humour. Katrina in real life is all about work. She is a horse with blinkers except when she is hungry and wants to eat something. Then also she eats like a horse.''

Recently, Arjun Kapoor had shared a picture with Varun and Katrina with a caption that read, ''So @varundvn & I are starting a new fan club #WeLoveKK aka @katrinakaif !!! Here we are seen awarding her, for absolutely no reason whatsoever... PS - the Dalmatian trophy Katrina’s holding represents our faithful friendship kyunki yeh dosti #firstclass hai !!!” In the picture, Varun and Arjun can be seen handing over a Dalmatian trophy to Katrina as a token of their friendship.

Varun Dhawan debuted with The Student of the Year in 2012 and has established himself as a versatile talent with back-to-back hits in both commercial and middle-of-the-road projects. The actor is currently busy promoting his next film, Kalank.

It is the first major multi-starrer film of Varun's career and features A-listers such as Madhuri Dixit, Alia Bhatt, Sanjay Dutt, Sonakshi Sinha and Aditya Roy Kapur. "It is more interesting to do multi-starrers. I believe actors should be cast for their acting capabilities and not for their stardom. All actors in the film suit the characters they are playing," he said in an interview with PTI.

Katrina Kaif, on the other hand, will be next seen in Bharat opposite Salman Khan.
