Rani Mukerji’s comeback film Hichki has won the hearts of the audience. The much-awaited flick from the stable of Yash Raj Films and Maneesh Sharma is enjoying a glorious run at the box office.
The Sidharth P Malhotra which hit the silver screens on March 23 has collected Rs 1 crore on Tuesday, taking its total collection to Rs 36.60 crore. The movie opened on a positive note and minted Rs 3.30 crore on the first day itself.
Hichki has done quite well despite competition from Tiger Shroff and Disha Patani starrer Baaghi 2. Bollywood critic and trade analyst shared the box office collection of the film on social media.

Interestingly, Hichki has managed to beat the box office collection of Rani’s previous film Mardaani. The Pradeep Sarkar directorial had earned a business of Rs 35.82 crore.
Talking about Hichki, the film beautifully portrayed the story of Naina Mathur, a teacher who suffered from Tourette Syndrome. The Hindi drama film is the official adaption of the book Front of the Class: How Tourette Syndrome Made Me the Teacher I Never Had.
The thought-provoking film has already recovered its production cost of Rs 20 crore and we expect it to continue the good show in the next few days.
