Akshay Kumar has shared the first trailer of his upcoming film, Housefull 4 on Twitter. The film also stars Riteish Deshmukh, Kriti Sanon, Bobby Deol, Kriti Kharbanda and Pooja Hegde in pivotal roles. While sharing the trailer, Akshay wrote, ''Kaun hogi kiski patni, aur kiski bhabhi hogi kiski Biwi! Ek entertaining kahaani laa raha #Housefull4Trailer.''
The trailer begins with the king of Sitamgarh, announcing the swayamvar of his three daughters, played by Kriti, Kriti and Pooja. Their prospective grooms are Akshay, Riteish and Bobby. Akshay and Bobby are warriors in the 1419 timeline, Riteish is a dance teacher, by the name of Bangdu Maharaj.
However, the three are unable to find true love in this lifetime. And so, in the present day, Akshay gets flooded with memories of his past life, and has to convince his friends to find their true soulmates.There's a scene of Rana Daggubatti attacking the kingdom, which will remind fans of Kalakeya from the Baahubali franchise.
Housefull 4 made headlines after actor Nana Patekar and filmmaker Sajid Khan, who were earlier involved in the film, were accused of sexual harassment as the #MeToo movement gained momentum in India.
