Hrithik Roshan-Tiger Shroff starrer action-thriller flick ‘War’ is all set to beat Shahid Kapoor’s 2019 film ‘Kabir Singh’ at the box office. ‘War’ is inches closer to become 2019’s highest grosser surpassing ‘Kabir Singh’ for the record.

The movie still requires more than Rs 15 crore in order to cross Kabir Singh’s record which is standing at the 10th position of highest grossing film with 278.25 crore.

‘War’ is not only being loved by the domestic audience but the flick is also churning out smoothly at the international box offices. For instance, the movie has minted more than $3 million in the North America region.

Helmed by Siddharth Anand, the movie was released on over 5,000 screens worldwide. War is the first ever Hindi film to been shot in the Arctic Circle. War hit the screens on October 2 (Gandhi Jayanti). Trade analysts believe that the holiday factor has played a crucial role in War's success.

It has also become the fourth highest grossing flick for Yash Raj Films after Tiger Zinda Hai, Sultan and Dhoom 3.
