Notably, the entertainment portal carried an article about Sohail Khan and wife Seema Khan ignoring her at Student Of The Year 2 screening. The portal also elaborated on how Huma was in a relationship with the actor and he avoided her throughout the film screening.
Interestingly, this is not the first time when Huma decided to clarify on the rumours that linked her with Sohail Khan. In 2016 when their alleged affair had started making headlines, Huma had rubbished those stories completely.
"What really hurts is that without knowing the truth about my life, they go ahead and put these stories. And I'll tell you why they do it; they do it because they want to take away all the attention from my hard work. They want to show that whatever I have achieved in my life is because of my closeness to a particular man, who may be coming from an influential family or is influential himself. That is disrespectful," she had said.
In another interview Huma had said that she sees Sohail as a brother. On the work front, Huma will be seen in Netflix’s upcoming series Leila which is directed by Deepa Mehta.
