Zoya Akhtar’s Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara which released in 2011, is one of the best movies of all time. Starring Hrithik Roshan, Farhan Akhtar and Abhay Deol in the lead roles, the film’s story revolved around three friends and their dramatic lives. Now, from quite a while, fans have been asking for a sequel. In an interview with News 18, Zoya admitted that she seriously contemplating to have a second film.
She also revealed the she is dying to work with Hrithik Roshan again. "I am dying to work with Hritik Roshan. I am really keen to work with him again so planning to make a sequel to Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara. However, I will start working on this project only when I get a good script. Katrina Kaif, Farhan Akhtar, Kalki Koechlin and Hrithik Roshan, all four guys are very special to me. I really share a good bonding with them so I can't even think of making a sequel just for the sake of money," Zoya Akhtar said.
Meanwhile, Zoya’s lastest film Gully Boy, starring Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt hit the screens yesterday, and has been receiving rave reviews from all quarters. In the film, Ranveer plays Murad, an aspiring rapper from the Mumbai slums, who later makes a name for himself in the hip-hop industry. Alia plays his girlfriend Safeena, who is a medical student.Gully Boy is supported by actors like Kalki Koechlin, Vijay Raaz and Amruta Subhash.
