After Super 30, Judgementall Hai Kya featuring Kangana Ranaut and Rajkummar Rao in prominent roles has been leaked online by the piracy website Tamilrockers, mere four hours after the film’s release. As per a report in india.com, the online leaked print is in high definition (HD) quality.
This isn’t the first time a movie has been leaked online by the Tamilrockers. Earlier, films like Kabir Singh, Gully Boy, 2.0, Petta, Uri: The Surgical Strike, Manikarnika, Accidental Prime Minister and more also became the victim of piracy. This piracy website has been banned innumerable times. But, every time a new movie is leaked online, they come out with a different proxy server.
In recent times, it has been paying special attention to Hollywood films and shows. It has not only leaked Spider-Man: Far From Home and X-Men Dark Phoenix but also proceeded to upload the first episode of HBO’s wildly popular series Game of Thrones Season 8. Last year, the members of Film Federation of India had also requested the government to tighten security measures and to regulate piracy inside movie halls.
The film was previously titled Mental Hai Kya, but underwent a last-minute change after controversy surrounding its depiction of mental health.
When asked about Judgementall Hai Kya at an event, Rajkummar said, "It’s an amazing script as it is a very quirky and different comedy. Kangana is such a powerhouse performer and we are coming together after Queen along with Ekta Kapoor (producer) so it’s going to be a lot of fun.”
Apart from Ranaut and Rao, the film also stars Jimmy Sheirgill and Amyra Dastur. The film, directed by Prakash Kovelamudi and produced by Ekta Kapoor's Balaji Telefilms, released on July 26 with some minor changes, as suggested by the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC).
