The teaser of the sequel of Neha Dhupia’s 2004 erotic thriller is out. Directed by Deepak Shivdasani, ‘Julie 2’ feature south Indian sensation Raai Laxmi which will also mark her debut in Bollywood.
In the 47-second teaser, Lakshmi can be seen in golden mini skirt taking a hot sunbath and managed to tease the audience with her bold avatar.
In the first instalment of the film, Neha Dhupia was applauded for her bold and sexy role as a sex worker.
Speaking about her role in ‘Julie2’, Laxmi said, “In fact, I will be seen in 96 different outfits. Also, I was asked to lose and then put on weight for this film. For the first look of the film, I had to lose 10-11 kilos and soon after, I had to gain more than what I had to lose’’.
Tv actor Ravi Dubey took his Twitter handle to share the teaser of the flick and wrote, “Bold beautiful blessed #julie #comingsoon congratulations @iamlakshmirai @VeerAryan_5 love and prayers always’’.
Previously, Raai Laxmi has worked in films of several languages such as Tamil Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada and is a well-known face in south movie industry.
Apart from Raai Laxmi, ‘Julie 2’ also stars Ravi Kishen, Rati Agnihotri, Sahil Salathia, Aditya Srivastava, Pankaj Tripathi and Nishikant Kamant in important roles.Â
