The makers of Kabir Singh have released the second song from the much-anticipated film of the year starring Shahid Kapoor and Kiara Advani in prominent roles. Titled ‘Kitna Chahne Lage’, the song has been crooned by Arijit Singh and will compel you to play it on a loop. The song showcases Shahid in an altogether young, different look. He is seen struggling with his memories and flashbacks of Kiara and slowly plummeting into alcoholism. The song has been penned and composed by Mithoon, and has been crooned by none other than Arijit Singh.

In the film, Shahid Kapoor plays the role of a surgeon but suffers from anger management issues. The film also stars Kiara Advani, who will be playing Shahid's love interest in the film. Being the terrific actor Shahid Kapoor is, he makes it sure to get into the skin of his character.
Reportedly, the actor has also spent time with students in Delhi. The actor wanted to understand their lifestyle and viewpoints. A source close to the development was quoted saying in DNA as, ''Shahid spoke to many students from a Delhi college and since the look was unpolished, he was keen on using clothes from their actual wardrobe to make it more believable.''
The film is the official Hindi remake of Telugu blockbuster Arjun Reddy, which starred Vijay Devarakonda and Shalini Pandey in the lead. It is scheduled to hit the theatres on 21 June.
