Kalki Koechlin who recently announced that she is expecting her first child with boyfriend, Guy Hershberg has finally let the world get a glimpse of her baby bump. The 'Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara' actress is five months pregnant.
Kalki dressed in a white crisp dress is seen caressing her bump and while sharing the pic she tells that she is relieved to finally let the baby bump come out to the world after hiding it for months under costumes and that she no more has to do. "Relieved I can let that bump hang free after months of stuffing it into costumes which fit me at the beginning of shoot schedules in July but were not so easy to zip up by mid-September! " said the caption that goes with her first pic after announcing her pregnancy.
In a recent interview, Kalki has extensively talked about how she was asked after her marriage when she revealed her pregnancy news because she believes that is a general perception that she one to break, that, a single mother can also be a responsible mother.
Kalki earlier in an interview revealed how embracing motherhood made her more deliberate, slower, more patient.
Talking about the name of the child Kalki and Guy have chosen, she said, "I’ve chosen a name that works for either gender and that is representative of a gay person because I want my child to have that freedom of movement under the many umbrellas of gender that we have."
For the uninitiated, Kalki's boyfriend Guy is an Israeli classical pianist. The actress was formerly married to filmmaker Anurag Kashyap but divorced in 2015 and has been good friends since.
