For all those who thought that the bitter feud had died down, here’s a new twist in the sordid tale of Kangana Ranaut and Hrithik Roshan. Actor Kangana Ranaut has launched a fresh attack on Hrithik, saying who watched his Mohenjo Daro.
What led to irk Kangana was that many compared one of her dialogues from her upcoming flick Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi to that from Hrithik Roshan's Mohenjo Daro. As the trailer hit the screens, people noticed Kangana’s dialogue at the end of the trailer, where she says, “Jhansi aap bhi chahte hai aur mein bhi, fark sirf itna hai, aapko raj karna hai, aur mujhe apno ki seva.” Hrithik was seen delivering a similar statement in Ashutosh Gowariker’s 'Mohenjo Daro', Hrithik was seen saying, “Antar hai Maham, tu Mohenjo Daro pe raaj karna chahta hai aur main seva.”
Recently during an interview, Kangana was asked about the similarity of her dialogue in her film to Hrithik's film linking her up with her 'silly ex' again. Kangana closed the question cleverly with a dig at Hrithik's movie that failed badly at the box office by asking who saw that film?
Producer Kamal Jain rubbished the claims saying that there can't be a copyright on one dialogue and also that line is a very general comment.
The mess between the two began in early 2016 when there was speculation that Hrithik had ousted Kangana from Aashiqui 3. Asking about this, Kangana had said in an interview, "Yes, many lame rumours are doing rounds, even a dumb ass can tell where these rumours are coming from. I don't know why exes do silly things to get your attention. For me that chapter is over and I don't dig graves."
Hrithik reacted strongly on Twitter, and tweeted about how he would rather date the Pope than any of 'the women the media has been naming'.Kangana had earlier said that Hrithik was dating her behind his wife Sussanne Khan’s back, an allegation that Hrithik has always denied. The two have been at loggerheads for almost two years with their separate versions of the story and have even taken each other to court over it.
On the work front, Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut is currently busy with the promotions of her upcoming film Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi and is leaving no stones unturned to ensure that the movie-going audience is aware of her upcoming epic saga film. Hrithik, on the other hand, is gearing up for his upcoming flick, Super 30, based on the life of the Patna-based scholar Anand Kumar, who trains 30 deserving, economically-backwards students for IIT-JEE entrance exams every year.
The film was earlier supposed to clash with Kangana’s Manikarnika but with a changed release date, it will now hit the theatres on July 26 2019
