Kangana Ranaut, as talented an actor she is, is constantly enmeshed with controversies. One such ongoing back and forth controversy is about her recent film, Manikarnika. Despite seeing a success in the box office, the movie has had divided opinions during the filming and eventually its release of the film. With many outpours of support from several people from the industry, Kangana took notice of Alia Bhatt choosing to keep silent amidst the controversy. In a recent interview, Kangana called out the Raazi star for not taking a stand and supporting her during the controversy.

Although Alia Bhatt is reported to have apologised to Kangana and hopes the actress doesn’t hold it against her, Kangana however, struck the actor back with a response, by calling her “Karan Johar’s puppet”.

If I have upset her unintentionally, then I don’t know. Basically, it wasn’t my intention. I didn’t do anything to get a reaction like this.”
