Kangana Ranaut has been in touch with her fans through her verified fan account preaching her fans the necessity of practicing spiritualism in life. Starting from the first day of Navaratri, the actress elaborated on how she has taught herself to be on her own and got recourse in spritual life letting go materialistic pleasures.
The actress who recently toook to social media to open up about her early life and how how her 'messed up' life got back to tracks following the path of spiritual leaders like Swami Vivekananda and practicing Rajyoga.
Kangana began the video, posted by her fan page, by giving her best wishes to everyone on the fifth day of Navratri and then went on to talk about the importance of having spiritual practice in life. Asking her fans to not feel depressed in these depressing times, she said “This time is not bad time, do not think of it like that. Bad times are actually good times. Friends, I was 15 or 16 when I ran away from my house, and I used to feel like I could grab the stars with my hands. After I left my house, I was a film star and a drug addict within 1.5 - 2 years of it,” the 33-year-old actor said.
Taking about the hick-ups she faced in her teenage years when she started her career, she recalled, " I was with certain type of people from whom only death could have saved me. All of this happened in my life only at the time when I was only a teenager,”

Crediting a friend for showing her the path of spritualism, the 'Manikarnika' actress shared “At the moment a very good friend came into my life who introduced me to Yoga and gave me a book Rajayoga which have very good processes. After that I took Swami Vivekanand as my guru and under his guidance I groomed myself a lot,” she said.
Kangana confessed that had she not followed yoga and her guru she could have been lost in the crowd and not veen able to build up a strong will power that she has today. Spritualism also heled her sharpen her intellect, grrom her and better her emotional health.
Recalling the times when she was shooting for Fashion and practiced 'Brahmacharya' Kangana eplaining the process said, "One of my friends used to ask me what do you do? You wear white clothes and eat boiled food. I told her what I was doing and she said that I had turned celibate. Brahmacarya is not about celibacy, not just about celibacy. Brahmacarya has many processes and if you want to take total control of your life then you need to do processes like those and especially if you have such volatile energy."
