Kangana Ranaut-starrer Manikarnika has been doing rounds since the project was first revealed. With only a month to go before the film release, the makers are putting in every effort to bring the best while maintaining the hype steady going. The movie trailer is all set to launch on December 18 and on Saturday, the first look of actor Danny Denzongpa as Ghulam Ghaus Khan was released.

The actor can be spotted in a black pathani kurta salwar with a turban and a leather vest. Mounted on a horse, Danny rides amid chaos in the city.

Earlier this month, the first look of Jissu Sengupta, who will be portraying the role of Manikarnika’s husband Maharaja Gangadhar Rao, was released. Jissu was pictured in a turban, necklaces and carrying a sword in a royal manner. Television star Ankita Lokhande also shared her look from the film on Instagram. Taking to the social media site, the actor captioned the picture as “And so it begins!!! #jhalkaribai #manikarnika.”

Essaying the character of Jhalkaribai, Rani Lakshmibai’s friend and advisor, Ankita can be spotted holding a rifle in the latest still. What captures the attention in another glimpse is that she is mounted on a horse while being dressed in a saree and sporting a traditional hairdo and Maharashtrian bindi.

Reports state that Kanaga herself with the film's team will be present for the unveiling of the trailer of the film, backed by Zee Studios and Kamal Jain. Kangana who stars as the great warrior queen has also stated that even the preparations for the trailer launch will be no less than a "grand wedding". So you start counting down the big day. The makers of the film were also reported to make your wait worth-while with a mind-boggling visual spectacle experience. 

Jain said in a statement, "The teaser of the film has been liked by one and all and created enough buzz around the film and I hope the way the trailer has come out will add more excitement around the film. "The trailer is certainly next level and I personally believe it is one of the finest trailers of recent times. The film has really shaped up well, reflecting our vision of creating a visual spectacle on the big screen."

The film will release in over 50 countries in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu, Shariq Patel, CEO of Zee Studios stated.
