In an interview with Hindustan Times, when Sara was asked about her Christmas plans, she said, ''Actually, I am promoting Simmba, and probably doing another interview as the reader reads this interview (laughs). I think, this year, I will just have dinner with family, if I finish work on time. But I am very excited for the release of my film. This year, Santa came twice for me in the form of Kedarnath and Simmba. Honestly, if I miss it this time on 25th, it is okay (smiles).''
Sara Ali Khan made her debut this year with Abhishek Kapoor’s Kedarnath which also stars Sushant Singh Rajput in a vital role. She won lots of praises from the critics and the audience for her performance.
The actress is currently gearing up for the release of her next big film, Simmba opposite Ranveer Singh. Simmba is slated to release on December 28.
Meanwhile, Kareena Kapoor Khan will be next seen in Karan Johar’s Takht. The film is set in the Mughal era and Kareena’s character will either be Ranveer’s sister or his wife. She will share screen space with Alia Bhatt, Vicky Kaushal, Janhvi Kapoor and Anil Kapoor. Saif Ali Khan, on the other hand, was last seen in Baazaar. The movie also starred Radhika Apte and Chitrangada Singh.
