One of the leading ladies of Bollywood Kareena Kapoor is seriously giving us fitness goals.The 'Jab We Met' star gave birth to her first child Taimur in December last year. After her son's birth, the actress has been hitting the gym to shed some of the extra kilos she gained during her pregnancy.Â
Taimur's mommy is indeed an inspiration for those who think of leading a healthy and fit life. According to a Mid-Day report, Kareena is working out for ten hours a day for her two different roles in the upcoming movie 'Veere Di Wedding'.
The report stated that the 37-year-old actress has been working out for about ten hours daily over the past one week. A special Pilates machine has been set up for Kareena on which she works out for an hour every day.
Sonam Kapoor, Swara Bhaskar and Sumeet Vyas are also part of Veere Di Wedding which is expected to release next year. The movie will mark the return of Kareena on the silver screen after her pregnancy. The shooting is going on in full swing in Delhi.Â
The Bollywood diva grabbed headlines when she was successful in gaining 'Size zero' for her role in the movie 'Tashan'. She can be credited for introducing the concept of size zero in India.Â
