Ever since Sara Ali Khan dropped a bomb about her crush with candy-eyed star, Kartik Aaryan in Koffee With Karan we have been on the edge about how their next relationship both onscreen and onscreen would proceed. Given this huge hype surrounding the two young actors, there were rumours that the Simmba star and Luka Chuppi star would be sharing a screen together for an Imtiaz Ali movie. Although, the filmmaker at that time told reporters that he can’t reveal anything, it looks like stepmum Kareena has now a thing or two to say about her stepdaughter Sara Ali Khan and Kartik Aaryan’s could-be movie endeavour.
Appearing at the Koffee With Karan 6 with Priyanka Chopra for the first time, Bebo, when asked about Sara-Kartik movie rumours, told Johar, “Kartik is wonderful. Sara and Kartik will make a good pair.... they are planning to do a movie together. He is massy, she is classy.”
So, is stepmum Kareena conforming to the rumours that the duo will be starring in an Imatiaz Ali next? We hope so! Because after her impressive debut in Kedarnath and then in Simmba with Ranveer Singh, Sara and the Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety star does sound like one to make a good pair.
PeeCee, who shared the red couch with Bebo also opened up about an ‘interesting pair’ she would want to see her beau, Nick Jonas with. The Quantico star added that Alia Bhatt and husband Nick Jonas will certainly make a cute onscreen couple.
