Aamir Khan takes utmost care to pick stories for his films and always manges to gather a lot of excitement around his upcoming projects. After the 54 year old actor announced his upcoming film on his birthday Laal Singh Chaddha, fans are going crazy speculating the star cast for the film.
The makers have finally made up there mind and has roped in Kareena Kapoor to star opposite Aamir in the Hindi remake of Hollywood movie Forrest Gump. The original film had Tom Hanks in the titular role and his incredible performance bagged him the Best Actor Award at the Oscars 1995.
Earlier a source had said to a portal, "Aamir wants Kareena to play the part. She is in London till August, shooting for Angrezi Medium. She will make a pit stop in Mumbai next month for her TV commitments. The final call on the casting will be taken then." Now as per reports in Bombay Times, Bebo is indeed a part of the project and it will be her third outing with Aamir
Earlier Kareena has been part of Aamir Khan's 3 Idiots and Talaash: The Answer Lies Within.
Advait Chandan who worked with the actor in Secret Superstar is directing the film. The script for the film has been written down to fit Bollywood by actor-writer Atul Kulkarni.
The actor, whose last film "Thugs of Hindostan" did not perform well at the box office, said he would be losing around 20 kgs for his role in "Laal Singh Chaddha".
The actor had also revealed that he would be sporting a turban for some segments of the film.
