Katrina Kaif is busy promoting her film Bharat with Salman Khan. The actress who was earlier tight lipped about her relationships, does no longer shy away from talking about heart-breaks in public anymore.
After opening up about how she dealt with depression after breaking up with beau Ranbir Kapoor, the actress recently at a chat show hosted by Neha Dhupia selected his former beau to be one who cannot be trusted with a secret.
In a separate interview with Filmfare, the actress revealed that to she separate herself from memories of her failed relationship she stares at them until they fade away but never tries to resist them as they make it persist.
"Some things can still upset you. But that’s fine. I face it. I stare at the ghost in the room until it just fades away. When something triggers an emotion, I let it happen. Like one day I came across something, which I kept pushing away. But it hurt me and bothered me. While I was doing yoga, my teacher asked, ‘Are you okay?’ I said I was fine. She said, ‘But you’re crying.’ I had actually begun crying. It had to come out. Now, I don’t try to push things away. I stare at them. What you resist, persists,” the actress added.
Talking in length about the actors she wanted to be paired opposite to she singled, Tiger Shroff for an action movie and Ranveer Singh for something 'crazy and whacky'.
Bharat releases on June 05 on the occassion of Eid.
