Well, no one can deny that Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut is a ‘Queen’ of controversy. The actress doesn’t believe in letting bygones be bygones. In the recent times, Kangana and her sister Rangoli Chandel has been on the offensive against Alia Bhatt. Right from questioning her acting skills to slamming her for staying away from political comments, Alia Bhatt has been facing a heat from Kangana and Rangoli. However, Alia’s father and ace filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt does not want to comment at all on this.

On being asked about the recent social media attack by Rangoli, Bhatt told reporters, “She is a ‘bachchi’, started her journey with us. Just because her relative is attacking me, I won’t comment. Our upbringing and culture teach us that we should not raise a finger on our children. So saying anything against our children won’t be possible. My upbringing stops me to do so. Till I die, I will never ever say anything against our child because it is against my upbringing, it is against my nature.”

It is worth mentioning here that Bhatt was talking to media persons at the screening of the film Yours Truly, which is also his acting debut.

Mahesh Bhatt’s comments came after Rangoli slammed him and his wife Soni Razdan earlier this month. Rangoli also attacked Bhatt’s wife and their superstar daughter Alia Bhatt and called them “non Indian”.  Rangoli even alleged that Alia father Mahesh Bhatt ill-treated Kangana and even threw a chappal at her during the preview of her ‘Woh Lamhe’ just because she refused to do his film ‘Dhokha’. The national award winning actress was just 19-years-old then.

When Razdan reminded Rangoli that it was Mahesh who launched Kangana in the film industry, the latter reiterated that it was Anurag Basu who gave her sister a break and not Bhatt. When Alia Bhatt was asked to comment on Rangoli’s allegations she chose not to comment whereas Razdan said she doesn’t want to get into this madness.

Kangana debuted in Bollywood with film Gangster in 2006, which was directed by Anurag Basu and co-produced by Mahesh Bhatt with his brother Mukesh.
