Mijwan 2018: Ex-lovers Ranbir Kapoor, Deepika Padukone slays it as they walk 'hand-in-hand' for Manish Malhotra

Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone, who were one the most sought-after couples in the industry, set the temperatures soaring when the two walked the ramp during Mijwan 2018.

The Tamasha couple turned showstoppers for ace-fashion designer Manish Malhotra and impressed the audience as they walked the ramp hand-in-hand.

Both Ranbir and Deepika looked stunning as they wore heavily embroidered dresses from Malhotra's collection.

Deepika wore a pearlescent lehenga designed with heritage embroidery that celebrated the craft of needle, while Ranbir complemented her perfectly with his black floral embroider sherwani. Undoubtedly, the two looked every bit of a royal couple.

Notably, this is the first time that Ranbir and Deepika have walked the ramp together and their chemistry gave everyone some moments to cherish forever.

This is not all. The ex-lovers were also seen talking about each other post the ramp-walk and their statements have indeed got us impressed.

Talking about Deepika, the Kapoor lad couldn't stop gushing and said, “The amount of love I have for Deepika is like family. It’s very warm, it’s about care, about being proud of her. The facet of love, care and respect has changed but changed for the better. It’s not your immature “I love her” kind of feeling. It’s mature and that has come with age. Also, we have both positively moved on with our lives.”

On the other hand, Deepika was also quizzed about her equation with Ranbir, to which she said, “It was, is and will always be a very special equation that we share. Something that one can’t explain and describe in too many words.”

With the ex-flames sharing such a cordial relation, it will be interesting to see if we get to see Ranbir and Deepika sharing the screen space again anytime soon. The two were last seen together in Imtiaz Ali's 2015 directorial Tamasha.
