MS Dhoni: The Untold Story has witnessed a spectacular opening and all set to become the highest grosser in the biopic genre. Sushant Singh Rajput’s amazing acting has helped the movie cross the barrier of Rs 50 crore in the domestic market.

Directed by Neeraj Pandey, the movie earned Rs.21.30 crore nett on Friday, emerging as the second highest first day grosser after Salman Khan Starrer Sultan.Buoyed by positive reviews, ‘The Untold Story’ further collected Rs. 20.60 crore on Saturday and approx. 22 crore on Sunday.

The Sushant-starrer has the unbeatable blend of both Bollywood and cricket and is expected to break many box office records in the upcoming days.

The film has displayed the struggle of World Cup winning captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni and masses have loved different aspects of his life in the movie.

Whereas Sushant has played the lead role of Dhoni, Disha Patani has portrayed the role of the cricketer’s first girlfriend and Kiara Advani played the character of Sakshi Dhoni (Dhoni’s) wife.
