Tiger Shroff's recent release 'Munna Michael', which was the actor's tribute to King of Pop Michael Jackson, has finally released this Friday nad got an average start with a collection of Rs 6.65 crore on first say.
'Munna Michael' is a story of two guys - Munna (played by Tiger Shroff) who is a die hard fan of Michael Jackson and Mahinder Fauji (played by Nawazuddin Siddiqui) who aspires to be a dancer. The movie, which also stars Nawazuddin Siddiqui in the lead, grabbed the headlines because of the crackling chemistry between the lead actors. While Tiger has always stupified everyone with his commendable dancing skills, it was Nawazuddin's sizzling moves that attracted the audience to theatres.
The Sabbir Khan directorial, which was released on 3000 screens across the country, reportedly witnessed 30% occupancy in the morning shows and has garnered average response from the audience.

Notably, the Sabbir Khan directorial also witnessed a box office clash with Konkona Sen Sharma's recent release 'Lipstick Under My Burkha' which had a lot of buzz about its release.
Interestingly, 'Munna Michael' happens to be Tiger's third collaboration with director Sabbir Khan. The actor-director duo had earlier worked together in 'Heropanti' and 'Baaghi'. While both the movies did a decent business at the box office, the same is also being expected from 'Munna Michael' which also stars newcomer Nidhi Aggarwal as the female lead.
Indeed, the hopes are high for the movie, only time will reveal if 'Munna Michael' will be able to live to everyone's expectations and become Tiger Shroff's biggest hit so far.
