Nickelodeon Kids' awards: Shah Rukh Khan says he still watches cartoon shows

Shah Rukh Khan misses his childhood

Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan has achieved immense success and popularity, but SRK now misses his childhood days.

"When I was young I used to miss my adulthood and now I miss my childhood," Shah Rukh told reporters at the Nickelodeon Kids' awards last night.

The 51-year-old actor revealed that he watches cartoon shows at night when he is free.

"Unfortunately, when we were growing up, there were not many cartoon channels so we did not get to see so many shows. Now, in the night, I at times watch stuff from pre-recorded DVDs," he said on sidelines of the awards show.

"It's my favourite awards show as I watch lot of stuff on Nickelodeon. I have children of all ages, so I have been seeing it over the years. I enjoy coming," he said.

Shah Rukh was keen to get his three-year-old son Abram for the award ceremony, but he had slept early.
