Oscars 2018 | Priyanka Chopra ditches 90th Academy Awards for bad health

B-town diva Priyanka Chopra, who took the Oscars red carpet by storm with a couple of appealing appearances in the last two years, has ditched Hollywood's biggest star-studded event this year.

While fans were waiting eagerly to catch a single glance of the 'Quantico' star at the red carpet of Oscars 2018, she disheartened many a heart by giving a complete miss to the 90th Academy Awards.

Priyanka had to skip the prestigious award ceremony due to her bad health.

Being unable to be a part of the Hollywood's biggest night, PiggyChops took to photo-blogging site Instagram and wished her friends Good Luck from bed.

"I wish all my friends nominated tonight all the very best! So sick but wishing everyone from bed! Can't wait to know the winners! #oscars2018," Priyanka wrote, along with a selfie of herself.

Earlier in January fans were going gaga over a brief appearance of Priyanka in the nominations video of Oscars 2018. The diva was seen in the introductory video for the Best Cinematography category, although she did not announce the nominees herself.

On the work front, Priyanka is currently going through the best phase of his career with an amazing line up of Hollywood movies like 'A Kid Like Jake' and 'Isn't It Romantic?'

The actress is also busy shooting a slew of flick under her home banner Purple Pebble Pictures. Though speculations had been rife about her comeback in Bollywood soon, the 'Bajirao Mastani' star is yet to confirm the same.
