The miscreants entered Akash mall and broke the glass doors after receiving the information that Padmavati trailer is being played in the theatres inside the mall.Â
Ever since Padmavati trailer has surfaced it has been at the centre of huge controversy which even went to the extent of physical assault on the director Sanjay Leela Bhansali.Â
This is not the first time that members of Karni Sena has involved in acts of vandalisation. Earlier Sanjay Leela Bhansali was slapped while shooting at Amer fort in Jaipur.Â
The bad luck of movie Padmavati did not stop there. In the absence of crew, around 50 protesters appeared with petrol bombs and destroyed the whole set thereby injuring several animals.Â
The only respite Sanjay Leela Bhansali has as of now is that, the Supreme Court (SC) on November 10 has refused to stay the release of Deepika Padukone starrer 'Padmavati' over which the Allahabad High Court also declined to entertain a plea seeking a ban of the Bollywood film.
