With the deadly coronavirus sweeping across nations, Parineeti Chopra, as precaution to fans from the virus posted a picture of her wearing a mask and also strapping a high-end Louis Vuitton fanny pack across her chest. In the post where she can be seen casually dressed in white, loose shirt with mom-jeans, a mask and precaution and a Louis Vuitton fanny pack, Chopra, gave the caption, ‘Sad, but I guess this is the situation now. Stay safe guys. #Coronavirus #StaySafe’.
Her message of safety warnings to fans was seen as hypocritical by many who wasted no time to bombard her comment section with ‘poor PSA post’.

"You didn’t think at all that this is in poor taste? Real people are getting sick and dying and you’re modeling a mask? If you want to make a PSA about staying safe, you can do it without doing three poses and without your LV fanny pack," a user asked.
Another commented, ‘Are u promoting awareness about the virus or flaunting how cool u look with the mask on?"
‘You’re serving looks even during a disease outbreak’ slammed another.
