Pratyusha Banerjee’s Boyfriend Rahul Raj Singh, who was absconding since Friday noon, has been detained by Mumbai Police, a day after the actress committed suicide at her residence in Mumbai. The parents have also arrived hospital where Pratyusha’s last remains are kept for medical examination.
During questioning, Rahul said that he didn't have any quarrel with Pratyusha and that everything was going well between the two, reports said. As per reports, two mobiles have been seized so far in the investiagtion and police is currently question Rahul.

Pratyusha Banerjee was best known for her character Anandi in Balika Vadhu. has committed suicide. The actress passed away in Kokilaben Ambani Hospital in Andheri. According to news reports, she attempted suicide by hanging herself. She was taken to the hospital and has been pronounced dead.

Her personal life issues are being cited as the reasons behind such drastic step. Allegedly, she was having a depressing life with her boyfriend Rahul Raj Singh. They both were in serious relationship and were planning to tie knot soon.
Apart from famous TV show Balika Vadhu, she had also participated in Salman Khan’s Bigg Boss 7. She was currently working in the famous serial Sasural Simar Ka.
Her last status message on Whatsapp read, “Marke bhi muh na tuzse modana†(even after death won’t be turning my face away from you) with a smiley.
“She is no more with us. It’s shocking. I spoke to her two-three months back and she was fine that time. I am at the hospital...trying to get details,†Pratyusha’s co star from “Balika Vadhuâ€, Siddharth Shukla, told PTI.
