When you are Priyanka Chopra And Nick Jonas even sangeet gets turned into a series! As their wedding anniversary nears, the streaming platform has given a green signal to turn their sangeet ceremony into a series. The series will feature the couple along with their wedding party, family, and friends, as they not only prepare for the wedding itself, but also rehearse for the performances with the help of a team of celebrity choreographers, stylists, and creative directors.

Announcing the news which PeeCee calls it a ‘Sangeet Project’, she wrote @nickjonas and I are excited to announce a new, currently untitled project (we’re still working on it!!) that celebrates the love and magic that comes from friends and family that join together through music and dance the night before a wedding. It’s our #SangeetProject’’ Happy oneyear anniversary baby. It’s our first together.

The ’untitled’ project will start filming next year and castings are still underway.

Chopra Jonas will executive produce via her Purple Pebble Productions while Jonas will executive produce under his Image 32 banner. Amazon Studios will produce.

Chopra Jonas and Jonas tied the knot last year in Rajasthan, India at December. Nickyanka will executive produce the series along with Dan Cutforth, Jane Lipsitz, and Dan Volpe of Alfred Street Industries, Anjula Acharia, Phil McIntyre, and Nina Anand Aujla.
