Priyanka Chopra is all set to deliver this year's Penguin Annual Lecture on the theme 'Breaking the Glass Ceiling - Chasing a dream'. Publishers Penguin Random House India announced in a press release that the 35-year-old "Quantico" star will give the address on December 26 here.
