Jacqueline Fernandez, who is all set to grace the screen with her upcoming action-thriller Race 3, has got injured on the sets of the movie.
According to the reports, the actress injured her right eye during a game of squash. She was soon rushed to the hospital where the Dishoom actress was given the required medical treatment.
Talking about her injury, Jacqueline shared a story on Instagram, saying, “Basically, the moral of my story is, try and wear goggles when you are playing squash and never look back at your opponent when he is about to hit the ball. And that’s it!”
Reportedly, the Judwaa 2 actress was soon discharged after the treatment and she returned to the sets to complete the scene.
However, with her injury being evidently visible, Jacqueline will have to shoot the climax scene with a sunglass.
She shared another Instagram story where the diva was seen wearing sunglasses and said, “Thank you all for your ‘Get well soon’ wishes, really means a lot. I did kinda injure my right eye and I have to do an entire climax scene in sunglasses now, so don’t be shocked.”

Talking about Race 3, the movie happens to be the third instalment of the action-thriller franchise. Helmed by Remo D'Souza, the movie stars Salman Khan, Daisy Shah, Saqib Saleem, Bobby Deol, Anil Kapoor and Freddy Daruwala in key roles. Race 3 is scheduled to release on Eid this June.
