Rajkummar Rao is back again to wow the audience with yet another horror comedy titled, Rooh-Afza. 2018 saw the likes of exceptional movies like Stree, Raazi, Andhadhun among many others. Hence, it is only expecting of us that filmmakers are brewing some magic behind the screen after the success of the hit movies and we weren’t wrong. Because according to reports, filmmaker Dinesh Vijan and Rajkummar Rao will be collaborating once again for their second horror comedy post Stree success.
The film, named Rooh-Afza is reported to see the same genre as that of the previous horror comedy, this time one that involves a singing ghost who puts grooms to sleep so it can possess their brides.
Film critic, Taran Adarsh took the confirmation of the horror comedy on his twitter page, he tweeted, ‘’#NewsAler: Producers Dinesh Vijan and Mrighdeep Singh Lamba’s first collaboration - a horror-comedy - gets a title... It will be called Rooh-Afza... Stars Rajkummar Rao and Varun Sharma... Director and remaining cast yet to be finalised. #RoohAfza.’’

Rooh-Afza will mark Rajkummar and Dinesh Vijan's third venture, after Stree they have been working on their upcoming titled Made In China which also stars Mouni Roy. Dinesh told Mumbai Mirror, "Even though the film is named after a refreshing summer drink, there is nothing sweet about Rooh-Afza."
The film which will reportedly be shot in Uttar Pradesh's Moradabad and is likely to go on floors later this year.
