Ram Kapoor Claims Two Percent Aspiring Actors Make Successful Career
Ram Kapoor recently turned heads with his immense body-transformation. Looking like a whole new person with the toned-down look, the actor had shed ons of kilos. The 46-year old actor reecently made some shocking revelations about the entertainment industry.
In an interview with Hindustan Times, the actor revealed that only 90% aspiring actor find work and make a sustainable career in the glamour and glitz industry. "It’s extremely tough, especially for aspiring actors to get work. Apparently, about 90 percent of them don’t have any work. They spend their whole life giving auditions. I think a mere two percent manage to make a successful career.
When the actor was quizzed about his comeback to Bollywood and If he misses not getting much recognition from his brief Bollywood stint, the actor said, "I’m no Salman Khan or Shah Rukh Khan, but I’ve reached a level where everybody in the country knows who I am. I’ve my own loyal fan following. Whether I do TV, films, web or theatre, I feel my popularity is going to be the same. "
Last month Ram Kapoor sharing his body metamorphosis wrote on his Instagram post, “Wassssup peeps!! Long time no see’’ looking completely unrecognisable in a faded blue T-shirt, and a salt and pepper goatee and moustache.
Apart from appearing in many television series as Kyunki... Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, Kasamh Se and Dil Ki Baatein Dil Hi Jaane, Ram Kapoor has also featured in film such as Karthik Calling Karthik, Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu, Student Of The Year, Shaadi Ke Side Effects, Baar Baar Dekho and Loveyatri.
The 45 year old star was last seen in ALTBalaji’s web series Karrle Tu Bhi Mohabbat co-starring Sakshi Tanwar.
