Randeep Hooda, who has been roped in to play the main antagonist in Salman Khan's Radhe recently suffered a knee injury on the sets while shooting an action sequence for the film. The 43-year-old actor was immediately rushed to Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital in Mumbai after he had a slight dislocation. Randeep is now back from the hospital and has revealed that he is recovering.

The actor shared the news on Instagram along with his own photo. "A selfie after a good run... Trying to rehabilitate my dislocated knee that got busted on the sets of #radhe #saturdayselfie #action #movie," Randeep captioned the photo.

For the action sequence, Salman Khan has signed a special Korean stunt team to design the action sequences. The action-packed movie will ride on four to five action scenes which include a smoke fight, gun shoot-out, hand to hand fights and a shirtless fight scene between Salman and Randeep.

Randeep and Salman have previously worked together in Sultan and Kick. However, this will be the first time that fans would get to see Randeep Hooda play a negative role in a film. "Randeep plays an antagonist in the film. He liked the role and hence agreed to do it. This is the first time he is playing such a character. Also, Salman and Randeep have worked together in the past and they share a great relationship," a source close to the development earlier said.

The film is set to release on Eid this year. Radhe also stars Disha Patani, Jackie Shroff and Gautam Gulati in important roles. Randeep will be next seen in Chris Hemsworth-starrer "Extraction", which will premiere on Netflix on April 24.
