Oh No: Ranveer Singh chops off his beard for Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Padmavati | Watch Video here

Ranveer Singh who will be seen as old Alauddin Khilji to the young Alauddin Khilji in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's film, Padmavati has finally bid adieu to his long moustache and beard.

The actor cut off his facial hair in an Instagram live video where he will be seen playing antagonist in the film. Last time Ranveer Sing's moustache was chopped off after Bajirao Mastani and how girlfriend Deepika Padukone giggled like a child while she trimmed his mustache?

Ranveer went live on Instagram only for  over 33,000 Instagram users and surprised them as he cut off the tips of his curly moustache and his long beard.

He began the live stream video by explaining how he has grown “very attached to his facial hair”.

Befikre actor also mentioned that Deepika will be extremely happy with his decision. "It feels like “chopping off my own body part”, Ranveer said.
