The newlyweds of Bollywood, Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh, on Friday, offered prayers at Siddhivinayak Temple in Mumbai. The couple visited the temple to seek blessings from Hindu Lord Ganesh as they step into their new life journey as man and wife. Deepika is known to be Bappa’s ardent devotee and always visits the temple before starting anything auspicious.

The Bajirao Mastani actors twinned in the beige coloured ethnic wear as they enter the Ganpati temple in Mumbai’s Prabhadevi. The couple had the calm and composed expression on their faces, as they seek the blessings of the Lord.

The Ram Leela stars, who tied the sacred knot on November 14 and 15, are now sailing in the epitome of their celebratory events, one party at a time. Over the weekend, Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone kicked off the Mumbai chapter of post-wedding festivities with a party at a suburban five star. After dancing the night away at a DJ bash and two wedding receptions – Bengaluru and Mumbai, the couple is set to throw their third wedding reception in Mumbai on December 1. This event will see the entire Bollywood turning up to bless the new couple. The reception will be hosted in Mumbai’s Grand Hyatt.
Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh dated for six years before they made their relationship official and got married. The couple has done three films together, Goliyon Ki Rasleela Ram-Leela, Bajirao Mastani and Padmaavat.
