Ranveer Singh is well-known for his electrifying energy and style, but sometimes it may be a little over the top. The actor was recently snapped performing at the Lakme Fashion Week finale to the songs of his highly-anticipated film, Gully Boy. While he was performing, Ranveer suddenly jumped into the crowd in a bid to do something cool for his fans.
However, it didn’t go down well, and reportedly he ended up hurting a few. According to a report by Mid-day, a few women were injured during this incident. A photo released by the daily shows women lying on the floor and hurt. His fans were not at all pleased with the act. And social media became a pool of criticisms against Singh. However, one of the fans of the actor decided to make him aware of this conversation on social media. He apparently directly messaged Ranveer on Twitter regarding the ongoing slamming that happened on Twitter, followed by which Ranveer Singh apologized to all his fans on the same platform.

The said fan shared the screenshot of Ranveer’s reply on his Twitter handle. This is not the first time Ranveer has pulled off such a stunt. At the music launch of Gully Boy, he dived into the audience who then chased him to the exit.
Not only this, he had also performed a dance number at the terrace of Mumbai's Gaiety Galaxy theatre to promote his film Simmba last year. Ranveer’s Gully Boy also stars Alia Bhatt in the lead role. The film is slated to release on 14 February, 2019. The film has been directed by Zoya Akhtar and depicts the journey of a boy of Mumbai streets as he goes on to become one of India’s notable rappers. Gully Boy takes inspiration from the real life story of rappers Divine and Naezy.Â
