The Baajirao Mastani star shared a throwback picture from his childhood on his Instagram handle, where he can be seen working out. The Lootera actor captioned the snap as ''Gettin my cardio done like ... #throwback #mondaymotivation’’. Â
The photo proves that the Dil Dhadakne Do actor loved his fitness routine since childhood. Fans couldn’t help but gush over the cute picture of Ranveer.
Ranveer would go through a tough workout schedule to beef up for his role in Simmba, a report in Hindustan Times stated.
"'Rohit sir had told me [about the physique] a long time back and was clear about the kind of body he wished for me to have. So, now it's time to put the blinkers on, put my head down, work hard, and acquire the body that he wants," Ranveer Singh told Hindustan Times.
The Band Baaja Baarat actor is teaming up with Rohit Shetty for the very first time in his career. The 32-year-old actor revealed that the film felt like ‘home territory ’ as the Golmaal director gave him the opportunity to show his ‘herogiri’.
Ranveer recently wrapped up the shooting for his much-awaited film Gully Boy. The power-packed performer will play the role of a rapper in the Zoya Akhtar directorial.
The musical drama, which also stars Alia Bhatt, will hit the silver screens on February 14, 2019.Â
