The trailer of Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt’s next Gully Boy hit the internet yesterday, and since then fans have been raving about the same. The movie celebrates the journey of a boy of Mumbai streets as he goes on to become one of India’s notable rappers. The film is slated to release on 14th February, 2019. At the trailer launch, Alia was asked what it was like working with Ranveer in Gully Boy and Ranbir Kapoor in Brahmastra, and how similar or different they were as actors. |
To this, Alia replied, "They have quite a few similarities. They are both superb human beings and are outstanding actors. Both of them are special to me. The only difference is that I'm doing Gully Boy with one and Brahmastra with one.’’
But this didn’t end here. Soon after Alia spoke about the two stars, Ranveer Singh immediately teased her saying, “One is more special and the other is less special.” The moment he said this, our lovely Alia just couldn’t stop blushing.
Alia was also asked whether she will ever beat someone up in real life for her boyfriend. The actress said, “I haven't done this so far. But I still have many years in front of me. However, I don't think I will ever do it because I'm a non-violent person. But I might hit someone in my mind… from afar."
For the uninitiated, Ranbir and Alia have been in a steady relationship for the last few months. Things have been heating up between the couple, and they have even bonded with each other's families.
Recently there were rumours that Ranbir and Alia are planning to take their relationship to the next level and get hitched in the near future. However, Alia refuted the news and said that marriage would have to wait.
