Bollywood star Ranveer Singh starrer ‘83’ is one of the most anticipated flicks of the current time. Movie bugs are eagerly waiting for its release and to relive the memorable moment for Indian cricket team which was the lifting of World Cup for the first time in the year 1983. The lead role of Kapil Dev is to be portrayed by Ranveer Singh and the actor is leaving no stone unturned in making the role look realistic and believable to the audience.
The 33-year old actor is already receiving training from Kapil Dev and now Ranveer is looking to spend more time with legendary cricketer in New Delhi. He said, "I'm looking forward to spending more time with Kapil sir. He is kind, generous, warm and funny. I had a memorable two days with him in Dharamsala. I'm going to spend more time with him in Delhi to learn more about him’’.
"It's a first of its kind exercise in my acting process where I'll be studying the man himself in the flesh for my on screen portrayal of him. I'm thrilled to have this opportunity to learn about life from a true legend," he added.
Recently, Ranveer Singh revealed his look from the film on his social media handle where he could be seen in long hair and moustache to look alike the skipper Kapil Dev.
