Bollywood’s ‘Queen’ Kangana Ranaut spoke out against sexual harassment accusing her Queen director Vikas Bahl of harassing her on the sets of the film in 2014. This addition to the #MeToo debate created a lot of stir in the Bollywood industry.

During the interview with India Today, Kangana said that there were times when Bahl would "hold her really tight" and bury his face in her neck to smell her hair. Vikas was married back in 2014 when we were filming Queen, he bragged about having casual sex with a new partner every other day. I don't judge people and their marriages but you can tell when addiction becomes sickness. He partied every night and shamed me for sleeping early and not being cool enough." added the Tanu Weds Manu actor.

The Queen actress’s revelation didn’t go down to well with Vikas’ ex-wife Richa Dubey. Filmmaker Vikas Bahl’s ex-wife Richa Dubey claimed that Kangana Ranaut was misusing the #MeToo movement.

Dubey took to Twitter on Friday and questioned Kangana, who has worked with Bahl in Queen, on why she continued to be friends with the filmmaker despite his inappropriate actions. “This is going beyond boundaries and tolerance level now this is not a #MeToo but a meme. I want to ask all the women if a man makes you uncomfortable and touches you inappropriately would you have a good friendship with that man?” she wrote.

Richa Dubey mentioned certain “loopholes” in the actress’s story that included “Kangana and Vikas performance on an item number” at Madhu Mantena and Masaba Gupta’s wedding in 2015 to sharing “extremely friendly messages” till date. Dubey slammed the actress and says that “this is not a #MeToo but a meme”.

"Stop using Vikas for your own vendetta. It is not cool. The world can see through it," she wrote.

“I’m not interested in a media battle with Kangana and I’m only asking her to stop”, she concluded. Here's the complete post shared by the director's ex-wife:

Meanwhile, Kangana hit out at Richa and issued a statement saying, "Another ex-wife for her ex-husband's rescue. My only question is, why do they leave their holier-than-thou husbands in the first place? Stop this bullshit that we had a friendly divorce, perfectly amicable, and we are a family. You don't wake up one fine morning and divorce a godly man, so please help us secure our work environment and make sure these men don't spoil more lives."

With words of war from each side, this controversy is taking bizarre turns every day.
