Nevertheless, Prabhas huge fan base and the buzz around the film's budget, high octane stunts worked wonders for the film giving it a grand first-day collection at the box office.
According to Box Office India, Saaho has already raked Rs 24 crore on opening day in spite of many theatres in Delhi NCR to start screening the film a day later due to late arrival of the film's print.
The film reportedly performed superbly well in Mumbai / Gujarat and CPCI as well as Marathawada. Taking into account the limited business in the South and the release issues this is a 30 crore nett opening in real value and on a non-holiday.
