Saif Ali Khan's married life has always been grabbing the limelight, be it because of his nasty divorce with ex-wife Amrita Singh or his much hyped wedding with Kareena Kapoor Khan. While the actor is enjoying a happy married life with Kareena currently, his previous wedding did end on a sour note.
In one of his interviews, Saif had admitted to be facing constant insult from Amrita, who used to taunt him by referring to him as 'worthless'. The Nawab of Pataudi also revealed that he had to pay a hefty alimony to his ex-wife Amrita Singh which he still continues to pay.
Yes! That's true. Saif was told to pay a whopping amount of Rs 5 crore to Singh along with certain amount which had to pay till his son Ibrahim turned 18. Ibrahim is currently 16 and will turn 18 in March 2019.
“I’m supposed to give Amrita INR 5 crore, of which I’ve already given her approximately INR 2.5 crore. Also, I’m paying INR 1 lakh per month until my son becomes 18," Saif was quoted as saying.
It was indeed a hard time for Saif who was suffering from a financial crunch in 2000s.

Whatever I’ve earned from doing ads, stage shows and films is being given for my children. I’ve no money.
