Bajrangi Bhaijaan China Box Office Collection: Salman Khan starrer on its way to CROSS Rs 100 crore

After dominating the box office in India, Salman Khan starrer Bajrangi Bhaijaan is now taking China by a storm. The Kabir Khan directorial which was released in China on March 2 has managed to rake in big moolah within the first week.

The comedy drama film which also stars Harshaali Malhotra and Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Kareena Kapoor Khan opened with a massive response in China and collected Rs 18 crore on the very first day.

The movie produced under Salman Khan’s home banner has impressed the Chinese audience and it is reflecting in its box office. The mass entertainer has minted Rs 91.07 crore till Wednesday and is on its way to cross the Rs 100 crore mark.

Bollywood trade analyst Taran Adarsh took to Twitter to share the box office collection of the film.

Baajrangi Bhaijaan which hit the silver screens in China as ‘Liitle Lolita Monkey God Uncle' is expected to continue the good performance. The movie beautifully narrated the story of Pavan (played by Salman Khan) who strived hard to reunite a six-year-old girl (Harshali) with her parents in Pakistan.

The film was a runaway hit in India and became one of the highest grossers in Bollywood with a total collection of Rs 320.34 crore. Salman Khan received applauds from both critics and fans for his brilliant performance in the film.

China has developed into a promising and lucrative international market for the release of Indian films. The success of Aamir Khan starrer ‘Dangal’ and ‘Secret Superstar’ are examples of the same.
