New Delhi:

Salman Khan's legal troubles have been never ending and one such case is that of black buck poaching case in 1998. While the case is being processed in Jodhpur court, the hearing has been adjourned till July 22. Reportedly, Salman was likely to appear before the District and Sessions Judge on Thursday for the final hearing on the case along with the verification of the bail bonds submitted by him in the court.

However, according to ANI, the Jodhpur court has now adjourned the hearing till 22nd of this month.

Khan was accused for killing a black buck along with Saif Ali Khan, Sonali Bendre, Tabu and Neelam during the shooting of their movie 'Hum Saath-Saath Hain' 1998. However, he was granted bail earlier after signing a personal bond of Rs 20,000 and was asked to present the bail related document documents.

"Salman Khan was granted bail by signing a personal bond worth Rs. 20,000. But, since the then judge has retired, he will have to present the documents related to the bail before the bench headed by Dr. Surya Prakash," Advocate Mahipal Singh Bishnoi was quoted as saying by ANI.

The arguments were to begin on March 1 but an application by the prosecution seeking documents pertaining to the investigation against veterinarian N P Nepalia, who had conducted postmortem on the black bucks, put off the hearing.

The application was finally rejected by a trail court on Thursday, thereby paving the way for the final arguments in the case to begin from from July 6.

Defence counsel H M Saraswat, while arguing in the court, had said that the documents sought by the prosecution were already there on record and termed the move as a delay tactic.

Arguments on the application had already been completed by the counsels of all the accused and prosecution in the trail court on May 30 and the order had been kept reserved by magistrate Devkumar Khatri.

On the other hand, hearing on the petition of the state government challenging the acquittal of Khan by the trial court in presence of the actor in a case against him under Arms Act will also begin in the district and sessions court from July 6.

During the previous hearing, the court had directed Khan to appear in the court on July 6.

Before this, Khan had appeared in the court on January 27 for recording of his statements in Kankani black buck poaching case.
