Bollywood superstar Salman Khan is currently busy shooting his next film Dabangg 3. Recently, it was revealed that the actor will be seen in a younger avatar in the third edition of the popular Dabangg franchise and Mahesh Manjrekar's daughter Saiee will play Salman's love interest. And now, Salman Khan has issued a special order to ban cell phones on the sets of the film. Yes, you read it right.
According to a report in timesofindia.indiatimes.com, the reason behind the ban of cell phones is that Salman Khan wants to keep Saiee's look under wraps. A source from the sets told the website, "Saiee's look is being kept under wraps. She has also been advised not to venture out or go in public places where she might be clicked. Salman wants to personally reveal her first look from the film on his social media. To avoid any such incident the makers are taking extra precaution."
The 'no cell phone' rule is so stringent that crew members are asked to deposit their mobile phones at a counter before entering the set, reported the website.
Back in April this year, a song from the film leaked online. When Salman was shooting the song with entire team of background dancers in Madhya Pradesh’s Maheshwar, someone recorded the video and leaked it online.
It is worth mentioning here that apart from Saiee, Dabangg 3 also has a new antagonist in South star Kichcha Sudeepa. About Kichcha Sudeepa, Mumbai Mirror said, "His character is more like the parallel lead rather than the stereotypical villain. He starts off on a positive track but situations eventually turn him into the bad guy. He is involved in a Tom-and-Jerry fight with Salman and there are several confrontation scenes between the two."
Coming back to Salman Khan, as the actor has to look like a 20 something for the flashback scenes, he is working hard to lose some weights. Salman has to lose 7kg for his part. Therefore, he has been hitting the gym to get into shape.
