Actor Salman Khan, who has been living in Galaxy Apartments for years now, prefers to stay there because his parents and family live in the same building. In a recent interview, Salman admitted he is deeply attached to the place and his family. “I love staying at my flat in Bandra over a big, luxurious bungalow because my parents live in the flat above mine. Ever since I was a child I have taken the same left turn or right turn and I would not have it any other way,” Salman had earlier said.
''The entire building is like one big family. When we were little, all the kids of the building would play together in the garden below and sometimes even sleep there. Back then, there weren’t different houses, all the houses were treated as our own and we would go into anyone’s house to eat food. I still stay in the same flat because I have countless memories attached to that house,'' he had added.
In one of the old interviews, Salman’s father, who is also Legendary screenwriter, had shared his love for his flat and why he wants to live there forever.“I am very much attached to this place. If I ever leave this house, my heart will cry. Then I won’t be able to live happily,” Salim had said.
On the work front, Salman was last seen in Dabangg 3 alongside Sonakshi Sinha. He will be next seen in Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai. To be directed by Dabangg 3 director Prabhudeva, the film will see Disha as its main female lead.
This is the second time Salman will be working with Disha after their hit film, Bharat. Speaking about her role in the film, Disha had told PTI, ''Salman sir just asked me if I would like to do the film. I said yes. There is a reason why I chose to do the film, besides the fact that it had Salman sir and it was directed by Prabhu Deeva sir. It has to do with the story and my character.'' Radhe will also star Randeep Hooda, Jackie Shroff and actor Govind Namdev.
Salman was also supposed to work with Sanjay Leela Bhansali in a film titled Inshallah, which later got called off over creative differences between the two. The film was to star Alia Bhatt as its lead heroine.
