Sanjay Dutt while shooting for his next film 'Bhoomi' directed by Omung Kumar, took out some time from his busy schedule and visited the shrine. On Thursday the actor paid visit to Hazrat Sheikh Salim Christi's Dargah in Fatehpur Sikri, near Agra to offer a chadar at the shrine and seek blessings from the divine for the well being of his loved ones. Arshad Faridi, direct decendent of Hazrat Sheikh Saleem Shishti mentions, “this is Sanjay Dutt’s 2nd visit in just over two years.”
Few days back, on the sets of his film in Chambhal, Baba injured himself causing a hairline fracture, but the actor continued shooting for the sequence despite the pain.
Day before his visit to Agra, Baba also went to Mehandipur Balaji where the crowd gathered in order to get a glimpse of him. The trustee of the temple honoured him with garlands.
'Bhoomi' marks the 57-year-old star's first big-screen comeback after he completed his jail term. The film also stars Aditi Rao Hydari as Dutt’s daughter. Bhoomi is a revenge drama that centres around a father daughter relationship that will be shot entirely in Uttar Pradesh.
