Sanjay Dutt Thinks Kriti Sanon Can Be His 309th Girlfriend At Kapil Sharma Show

Sanjay Dutt is not holding back his appreciation for Panipat co-star, Kriti Sanon. During his guest show at Kapil Sharma show along with Sanon and Ashutosh, Dutt was quipped about the 308 girlfriends in his biopic, Sanju by the comedian and host to which Dutt replied that Kriti could be his 309^th girlfriend after seeing her performance as Parvati Bai in the Ashutosh Gowariker directorial.

As for how Kriti feels about her role Kriti told IANS in an interview, “Ashu sir, I feel, is someone who cannot see his women weak. He has this thing. I think it comes from the fact that he has a very strong woman with him, Sunita. I am so glad because even though his films are period, his characters are very contemporary. He has made Parvati Bai as someone who fights, who can protect her women and her people if the need be. Giving that power to her, giving that stature to her is very empowering. When you get to play such a character, you just feel proud.”

Based on the third battle of Panipat between Sadashiv Rao Bhau and Ahmed Shah Abdali, the multi starrer Panipat also star Arjun Kapoor, Mohnish Bahl, Suresh Oberoi, Padmini Kolhapure and Zeenat Aman. 

Panipat comes to the cinema this December 6.
