Sara Ali Khan’s mother Amrita Singh and aunt Tahira Bimbat were recently making headlines for a property dispute. They had claimed over property worth crores in Dehradun and had approached police regarding the case. 

According to reports, Amrita and Tahira approached the court to dismiss a plea by brother Madhusudhan over 1,70,000 sq.ft property located in Dehradun that is worth crores. After Madhusudhan passed away, Tahira reportedly requested the civil judge Ramesh Singh to dismiss her brother’s case. They even approached the Clementown police station im Dehradun to claim their rights over the property.

Now, as per a report in Bollywood Hungama, Amrita and Tahira have won the legal battle as there was no one to challenge their decision. Now, the next step is to approach the district magistrate court and complete all the legal formalities.

Sara and Amrita recently spent some quality time in Kenya. The actress shared a few snaps on her social media account, giving an insight to her exotic vacation.

Speaking about her mother Amrita, she had said in a recent interview,  “I don’t think that she will work with me. I think my father might, but I don’t think she will. Because she will be looking at me in a shot and be like eyebrow...dab.. because she is mom. So I think it will be the worst thing for her to work with me and probably the best thing for me to work with her. She won’t do it.”

On the professional front, Sara was last seen in Simmba which also starred Ranveer Singh in the lead role. The film earned Rs 200 crore at the box-office and turned out to be a grand success.
